As optional the rotary ovens for bakery can be delivered with computer LCD control panle for the automatic baking of 100 recipes.
The rotary ovens for bakery can be equipped with a electric deck placed between the oven and the proofer (or support) in order to make this oven more suitable for the production of all kind of pastry.
The proofer is equipped with steamer and heater, automatic controlled.
